Bella Notte Ristorante was founded in 1985 by Antonio and Maria Rossi, Italian immigrants who dreamed of sharing their love of authentic Italian cuisine with the community of Toronto. What started as a small trattoria has grown into a beloved institution, known for its warm hospitality, exceptional food, and dedication to preserving Italian culinary traditions.

Today, Bella Notte is run by Antonio and Maria's son, Marco Rossi, who continues to uphold his parents' legacy. Chef Isabella Fiore, our executive chef, brings a modern touch to classic Italian dishes, using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. She trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of Bologna and has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants across Italy.
