Bella Notte Ristorante Reservation Policy

At Bella Notte Ristorante, we are committed to providing a superior dining experience for all our guests. To ensure smooth operations and minimize wait times, we have established the following reservation policy:

• Advance Reservations: We strongly recommend making reservations in advance, especially for weekend dining and special occasions. You can make a reservation through our online booking form or by calling us directly.
• Confirmation: All reservations are subject to confirmation by our reservations team. You will receive a confirmation email or phone call within 24 hours of submitting your request. Please ensure that you provide accurate contact information to facilitate the confirmation process.
• Large Parties: For parties of 8 or more, please contact us directly to discuss your reservation requirements. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Special menus and pricing options may be available for large groups.
• Time Limit: To accommodate all our guests, we may have a time limit on your table, particularly during peak hours. This will typically be 2 hours for smaller parties and 2.5 hours for larger parties. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this time limit.
• Late Arrivals: We kindly request that you arrive on time for your reservation. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes after your scheduled reservation time. After 15 minutes, we reserve the right to release the table to other guests.
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the table to other guests and minimize any inconvenience. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-Shows: Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation without prior notification may be subject to a no-show fee. This fee will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Repeated no-shows may result in the refusal of future reservation requests.
• Special Requests: We are happy to accommodate special requests, such as dietary restrictions, allergies, and seating preferences, whenever possible. Please indicate any special requests when making your reservation. While we will do our best to fulfill your requests, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be accommodated.
• Dress Code: While we do not have a strict dress code, we encourage our guests to dress in a manner that is appropriate for a fine dining establishment. Smart casual attire is recommended.
